1. Ingredients (1 serving)
- 20 g Protein Iced Coffee, e.g., Coffee Lover
- 100 ml milk
- 1 espresso
- 3–4 rice cakes
For the cream:
- 50 g light mascarpone
- 100 g skim quark
- 25 ml light whipping cream
- 1 tbsp Light Chocolate Toppings, white, melted
- 5 g Chunky Flavour Neutral
- 1 pinch of salt
Toppings:
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp Protein Iced Coffee, e.g., Dark Chocolate Lover
2. Preparation
- Mix 20 g of the Iced Coffee powder with milk and espresso in a shaker.
- Dip rice cakes into the shake for a few seconds on both sides.
- Whip cream and set aside.
- Stir all other ingredients for the tiramisu cream and finally gently fold in the whipped cream.
- Spread the soaked rice cakes with the tiramisu cream and layer them.
- Mix cocoa with 1 tbsp Iced Coffee and sprinkle over the tiramisu through a sieve.
