1. Baked Cheese Wrap

Ingredients:


  • 1 Protein Wrap
  • 1 ball of light mozzarella
  • 200 g cottage cheese (0.2% fat)
  • More Spices, e.g., Garlicky or Herbal Salt
  • 50 g grated light mozzarella

Preparation:


  • Purée all ingredients except the wrap in a blender.
  • Press the wrap into an oven-safe dish and add the pureed cheese mixture.
  • Bake for 30 minutes at 170 degrees in a preheated oven.

2. Apple Pastry Wrap

Ingredients:



Preparation:

  • Spread Moremelade on the Protein Wrap.
  • Add apple pieces, cinnamon, and optionally some Chunky Flavour for sweetness.
  • Fold the wrap into a pocket (scroll down for the optimal folding technique).
  • Place the apple pastry in the air fryer or preheated oven for a few minutes, or fry it briefly in a pan on both sides.

☝️ Tip: This also works with other fruits, e.g., with raspberry Moremelade and fresh berries as a raspberry pocket.
