Your Supplement Guide

Your Supplement Guide

Can you manage to cook fresh three times a day? Very few people do! 20% of Germans even cook fresh only once a week or less often.[1] However, for other reasons too, nutrient deficiencies – and their health consequences – are widespread. With a supplement routine, you can fill nutrient gaps and prevent deficiencies. Simple. Safe. Daily. Read more here about which nutrients are important, who should take them, and how our More capsule and powder products can support you.

Which supplements do you need?

Who needs which nutrients, when, and why? Our More Supplement Guide provides a good overview. The guide is divided into several sections. Each of them deals with different nutrient needs of the respective target groups: starting with the basis for everyone, to more niche needs – such as those of women of childbearing age – and finally to the special needs that only some have.

The target group may vary, the reasons for supplementation are diverse – but one thing remains the same for each section: you only cover your needs if you consistently and regularly supply the necessary nutrients in the long term.

Your Basic

Who should take the basic supplements?

Essentials O3+D3+K2 & Mineral Complete form your basis. Because they contain the nutrients that everyone needs – regardless of whether they are a woman, man, young or old, athletic or not, vegan / vegetarian etc.

Why should you take the basic supplements?

The nutrients contained in these two products play important roles in the human organism. It is not always possible to absorb them in sufficient quantities through food, whether due to lack of time or other reasons. Deficiencies can have long-term negative effects on well-being and health.

Deficiencies of iron, vitamin D, iodine, vitamin A, zinc, and vitamin B12 are particularly widespread. With the basic supplements, you cover your needs and prevent these deficiencies.

  • Especially those who do not like to eat fish often or do so for cost reasons would do well to supplement iodine and omega-3.
  • For everyone living in Germany, taking vitamin D is important because there are not enough hours of sunshine here to regularly replenish stores.
  • An iron deficiency is particularly common with vegan or vegetarian diets.
  • If few eggs and fruits are consumed, a vitamin A deficiency may occur.
  • Those who restrict their diet in any way (e.g., when dieting) limit the absorption of B vitamins.

Essentials O3+D3+K2

The name says it all: Essentials contain essential nutrients for your health – namely omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin D, and vitamin K – which is why it should be part of your supplement routine. With its ingredients, the product contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function & vision (DHA) and to the maintenance of normal heart function (DHA, EPA). With vitamin D, it demonstrably supports the immune system and with vitamin K, bones.

Mineral Complete

In addition to the Essentials, Mineral Complete should be part of your daily routine. It essentially contains the minerals & trace elements iron, calcium, magnesium, zinc, selenium, and copper as well as vitamins A, B12, B2, B6, B5 and folic acid. It demonstrably supports skin, hair & nails (selenium), but also energy metabolism (contained vitamins).

Your Balance

Who should take the supplements in the second section?

More Harmony represents the 2nd section of our supplement guide. It can be used by people who suffer from restlessness or tension and seek inner calm. It supports inner serenity and thus boosts your energy in everyday life.

Why should it be taken?

  • 13.9% of women and 8.2% of men reported suffering from chronic stress in a survey.[3]

Poor sleep and chronic stress can affect health, as RKI studies show.[2]

Your Glow

Who should take the supplements in the third section?

Skin Structure Formula and Collagen+ are the products for your beauty. But as we know, this is about much more than just outward appearance. For anyone who wants to feel good in their skin, it is recommended to include the products in this section in their supplement routine.

Why should it be taken?

Certain factors such as a restrictive diet (e.g., insufficient food intake, but also vegan and vegetarian diets), digestive disorders, underlying health conditions, certain medications, poor nutrient absorption, and lifestyle choices (e.g., smoking and alcohol consumption) can increase the risk of nutrient deficiencies that affect skin, hair, and connective tissue. Such contributing factors are widespread in Germany.

  • In this country, 4.3% of the population (6.1% of women, 2.5% of men) aged 18 to 79 years usually eat vegetarian.[4]

  • According to the Federal Ministry of Health, 23.8% of women and men aged 18 and over in Germany smoke.[5]

  • A survey found that in Germany in 2020, the average per capita consumption of pure alcohol was 10 liters.[6]

Skin Structure Formula

The easily soluble Skin Structure Formula powder with collagen peptides, hyaluronic acid, ceramides and micronutrients can simply be mixed into shakes or your water – and thus you drink your beauty support in a delicious lime flavor.

Your Female Support

Who should take the supplements in the fourth section?

Cycle Balance is the supplement to support female well-being. Women suffering from menstrual irregularities, premenstrual symptoms (PMS), or hormonal imbalance can benefit from taking these products.

Why should they be taken?

      • A significant number of women in Europe are affected by PMS. Estimates suggest that between 20 and 50% of women of childbearing age suffer from moderate to severe PMS symptoms.[7]
      • According to the National Consumption Study II, 86% of women do not reach the recommended daily intake of folic acid.[8]

Cycle Balance

Cycle Balance is the product that can support you with hormonal fluctuations and discomfort during menstruation. Among other things, it contains the proven Chasteberry and Vitamin B6, which has been shown to contribute to the regulation of hormonal activity.

Your Specialists

Who should take the supplements in the fifth section?

The last section of the Capsule Guide belongs to More Specialists such as Curcu-More and other products that can support you with specific concerns.

Taking them is recommended, for example, for people who…

  • suffer from digestive problems or gastrointestinal issues

  • for example, with bloating,

  • or wish to promote a balanced gut microbiome.

Why should they be taken?

The prevalence of digestive problems, in particular, is serious, as factors such as poor eating habits, stress, and the excessive use of antibiotics can lead to an imbalance in the gut microbiome and impair digestive health.

Societally, an increase in risk factors for high inflammation levels can be observed. These include: a diet high in processed foods, refined sugar, and unhealthy fats, a sedentary lifestyle, environmental toxins, chronic stress, obesity, and aging.

Such complaint patterns represent a significant burden and are often associated with considerable restrictions in daily life.

Curcu-More

Curcu-More can support in various ways, for example with complaints like bloating. It boasts a high content of curcuminoids and is also enriched with piperine for 20 times higher bioavailability.
